All Vote By Mail request must be renewed.
 
So even if you voted by mail this past November, you will no longer receive a VBM ballot unless you request a new one.
There are four methods for requesting a new Vote-by-Mail ballot.
Online: use the online ballot request service of the Supervisor of Elections
By phone - and by far the easiest way: Call (813) 744-5900
In person: at any of the four Supervisor of Elections Offices
In Writing: Complete the DS-DE 160 (Statewide Vote-by-Mail Request Form. For Spanish use this link DS-DE 160 español and return it by email (voter@votehillsborough.gov), or mail (Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections, 2514 N. Falkenburg Rd, Tampa, FL 33619) or fax (813-744-5843).

Dues are due $25 dollars single and $35 for a family. If you paid dues in or after Oct 2024 you are covered for 2025. To pay the dues click on the membership link. There is a block with the forms and the address to mail them and a check in. There is also a paypal button if you don't want to send in a check.
